Walk Your Way to Fitness. 
Three, 90-minute sessions
This three-session course will cover setting goals, monitoring your progress, overcoming obstacles and developing a support network. Includes pedometer.  Come prepared to learn and walk!

Strong Women and Men. The Strong Women Program is a series of strength training exercises based upon research from Tufts University.  This progressive strength training class is designed for improving middle-aged and older women’s (and men’s) health.  This class is intended for an inactive population, but anyone wanting to learn more about strength training is welcome.  Meets two times per week for 12 weeks.

Bone, Brawn and Women. 
60-90 minutes
Understanding the relationship between bone health, diet, and exercise patterns is the first step to battling osteoporosis.   This one-session class focuses on how changes in diet and activity can help increase strength and balance and maintain bone mineral density through middle age and beyond.
