The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is designated to help limited income families acquire skills necessary to maintain nutritionally sound diets. You can learn about nutrition individually or in small groups. We offer classes in English and Spanish. Most participants complete the EFNEP curriculum in fewer than 12 months.
